Return Instructions

READ BEFORE SENDING!!!

Step 1: Before returning an item, please ensure that it meets our eligibility criteria:

  • The item was purchased from our online shop

  • The item is not part of a pre-order or stock clearance sale

  • The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way

  • The return is made within 14 days of delivery

Step 2: Fill out the return form and put it in the parcel.

Step 3: Pack and ship the item.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Step 4: Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–9 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Optionless, Weckhovenerstr. 12, 41466 Neuss, email address: info@optionless.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for goods that are not prefabricated or are clearly personalized;

  • for goods that may perish quickly or expire rapidly;

  • for alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at contract conclusion but delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions);

  • for clearance sale items, pre-orders, or vouchers.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery;

  • for goods inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

  • for sealed audio or video recordings or software if the seal was removed after delivery.
