Sauna Suit: Wearing, combining, and caring for it

What is a Sauna Suit?

A sauna suit is a training suit made from multi-layer material that traps your body heat. You wear it over your regular workout clothes. Many combat athletes use it during sessions involving lots of movement: warming up, jump rope, running, pad work, and shadow boxing.

Top, pants, or the complete set?

• Sauna Top: For sessions where you want to keep your legs free – e.g., pad work or technical training.
• Sauna Pants: For running, jump rope, and footwork.
• Sauna Suit (Top + Pants): The complete set – in Black or Grey; sizes for the top and pants can be selected individually.

Finding the right size

The sauna suit fits snugly enough to prevent flapping while still giving you full freedom of movement – even when worn over a shirt. Our athlete is 1.68 m tall and wears a size S top and size S pants. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Find more information in our size guide.

How to wear it during training

• Wear a light performance shirt underneath, such as the Performance Shirt.
• Smooth out the cuffs on the arms and legs to prevent chafing.
• Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after training.
• Listen to your body and adjust the intensity and duration accordingly.

Care instructions

• After training, take it off and hang it up to dry – do not leave it crumpled in your gym bag.
• Follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label when washing.

This way, the material will keep its shape for a long time – training after training.
